Pasquale “Pat” Gallo, 81, of Viera finished his time here on earth on Friday, March 15 and has moved on to the great vineyard in heaven.
Pat is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lidia, his children, Ulisse and Sabrina, his daughter-in-law, Rebecca, his grandsons, Sage and Colby, his brother, Luigi and his sister, Gina.
Pat was born in Nocera Terinese in Calabria, Italy. And from this small, mountain town, he set out to achieve and live the American dream.
He became an engineer and his spirit of adventure took him to Canada first, where he met the love of his life, Lidia. They were married in 1967 in Palermo and then moved to Chicago, where his son, Ulisse was born. Work took him to Ohio, where his daughter, Sabrina was born. After that, he skyrocketed to Florida where he was a planning engineer for the Space Shuttle Program for many years. He retired early so that he could enjoy his precious grandsons, Sage and Colby.
Throughout his life, Pat made many friends and shared great memories with each and every one of them. He will be deeply missed by all of us who were fortunate to be part of his life.
