Pamela Sue Diehl-Hemmings, 54 of Centralia, passed away at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at her sister’s home in Wamac after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Pamela was born July 18, 1959 in Centralia, daughter of C. Dave Diehl and Margie (Ord) Diehl.
She is survived by a son, T.J. White and wife Becky of Madisonville, LA, a daughter, Ashley White-Rick and husband Jared of Nashville, IL, and a son, Donnie Ray Hemmings of Centralia; five granddaughters: Kaydense, Aubree, Alexis, Blaike, and Airianna; Also surviving are a brother, Dave Diehl, and a sister Vickie L. Diehl, both of Centralia; also many loving aunts, uncles, nephews, great nieces, one great nephew, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, C. Dave Diehl and Margie Diehl and a brother, Joe Diehl. Pamela was a certified Dental Assistant.
She was a member of Wamac Missionary Baptist Church and deeply loved the Lord, and Trusted Him completely. Pam enjoyed planting flowers, fishing, swimming, reading, crosswords, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
