Pam was born in Macon, GA. Later, she and her family moved to Cleveland, Ohio for her junior, and high school years. Pam graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a BA in Business. She enjoyed travelling, and lived and worked in Hawaii, California and Florida before finding her way to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She moved to Teller County and lived in the town of Divide for several years, and eventually made Victor, Colorado her home. Pam worked for the Teller County Assessor’s Office, and retired in 2020 after a successful career, exceeding 30 years of employment.
Pam’s home in Victor sits on a hill below the historic Ajax Mine, where she hiked with her beloved dogs on familiar trails. She loved attending concerts, music, books, people, the great outdoors, and cheering for the Cleveland Browns. She had a big heart for all animals and the rugged beauty of the mountains, especially the mountains of Silverton, CO. Pam was always ready to give of herself – she was independent, dedicated, fun-loving, and held a high appreciation for her friends.
One of Pam’s final decisions involved the need to re-home her dog and best friend, Harry. He is a lucky boy and is in a new loving home where he shares the couch with Otis, “his brother from another mother.”
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by her sister, Kim; niece, Kristina; and nephew, Jason.
