Pamela “Pam” Jo Woods, 67, of Elkhart, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at her home.
Pam was born on September 12, 1954 in Elkhart, IN to the late, Garrett and Dorothy Jean (Richie) Simmons. She is married to the love of her life, John Woods in Elkhart on January 10, 1970.
Pam is survived by her husband of 52 years, John; children, Angie (Chris) Chupp and Johnny Woods; grandchildren, Kyle and Riley; brother, Gary (Sue) Simmons and sister, Connie Simmons, all of Elkhart.
Pam was a bar tender at Pete’s on Simonton Lake for many years. She enjoyed visiting the casino, listening to her favorite band, “Journey” and her daily visits to McDonald’s. Pam had a great sense of humor and loved joking around.
Most of all, Pam was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family meant the world to her especially her grandchildren, Kyle and Riley.
