Pamela “Pam” Anne Key Townsend, 47, of Bealeton, VA passed away on August 25, 2015 at home. She was born on December 10, 1967 in Manassas, VA. Her father, George E. Key and a sister, Patricia L. Beavers, preceded her in death. Pam graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas, VA in 1986. She worked at AT T in Oakton, VA for 19 years, most recently as a Circuit Designer. Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Michael Shane Townsend of the home, her children, Brooke H. Key of Catlett, Tyler W. Key of Haymarket, Trevor W. Davidson of the home, and step-children Carson and Parker Townsend of Manassas. She is also survived by her mother, Margie L. Key, of Haymarket, and her siblings and their spouses, Tyrone Key (Pam), Travis Key (Tracy), Audrey Ratcliff (Timmy), and Tammy Adgate (Mike). Her Mother and Father-in-Law, Patricia and Scott Dam also survive her. She leaves her precious and beyond spoiled Yorkie, Chloe, whom she adored as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family, caring friends and co-workers who will all miss her dearly. Several years ago Pamela met the love of her life and started a wonderful journey with her best friend, Shane. They completed each other and had found love and joy in their lives. They were adventurous together, and never hesitated to go for it. They had an eye for awesome deals, and delighted in getting something for a bargain. She would share her finds with anyone she felt was in need and would show up with what you needed, or didn’t need, because it was only a quarter and she thought of you when she saw it. She enjoyed cooking and preparing special request dishes, whole meals, incredible desserts and an outstanding homemade German Chocolate Cake, for those who needed comfort and fellowship.
