Pamela Joe Kelley, 48, of Salem, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013. She was born September 24, 1965 in Steubenville, Oh the daughter of the late James Eddison Smith and Nancy Lavonne Dean Smith. She is survived by her husband of 29 years Ronald Kelley. In addition to her husband she is survived by one daughter; Carrie LaVonne Kelley of Salem; five siblings; Gary L. Smith and LouEllen of Summit Park, Timothy R. Smith of Montana, Brenda L. Evans of Clarksburg, Kimberly Ann Swiger and husband Randy of Clarksburg, Tammy Eddy and husband Michael of Salem; several nieces and nephews also of Summit Park and several Aunts and Uncles. Pamela received her associate’s degree and was employed as a Home Health Care Aide.
