Pamela Gay Hansen, age 50, of Algona, died on Wednesday January 28, 2015 at Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Pamela Gay Hansen, the daughter of Carl and Helen (Chehak) Hansen, was born on February 3, 1964 in Algona, Iowa. Pam attended Algona Public Schools. In 1999 she met the love of her life, Dave Graybeal, and they have been together ever since. Pam worked at the Good Samaritan Society in Algona as a CNA until 2002 when she started working at McDonald’s. Pam loved her family and the Oakland Raiders. Pamela is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Nathan Ehrig) Hansen of Emmetsburg, Corey (Amanda) Weig of Algona, Justin (Stephanie Pritchett) Weig of Mt. Ayr and Ben Weig of Algona; seven grandchildren; the love of her life, Dave Graybeal of Algona; Sean (Vicky) Graybeal of Anaconda, Montana; her siblings, Deborah (Dave) Andringa of Spencer, Erman (Joyce) Hansen of Livermore, Diane (Todd) Sewick of Algona and Marla (Harold) Teague of Fort Dodge; brother in law, Alfred Fehr of Des Moines and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Annette Fehr; infant sister Virginia Hansen and her grandparents.
