On Wednesday November 9th, Pamela Collins, passed away in her home surrounded by her husband, daughter and granddaughter. She was a very beloved wife, mother, and her most prized title Nana. She was 63.
Born on September 8, 1959 to Emmett and Opal Hurst she was the youngest of their three children.
Pam married Michael Collins in March of 1995. She settled into a new life in Orange, loving the old town area so much. She started working for Simpson Strong-Tie in February of 1996, a company she grew to love, making many connections and touching lives through her 26 years there.
Pam was known for her bright loving heart, and her loyalty, to those she loved. She is survived by her Husband Michael Collins, her daughter Danette Hurst, her grand children Kayleigh, Draven, and Emsley. Her sister Mary (John) Scott, her brother James Hurst. Her nieces Michelle (Robb) Milne, Christine (Jeremy) Fox, nephew Michael (Rachel) Scott and all of their children, Cameron Toskey, Kyle Milne, Colton Toskey, James (Eva) Milne, Hayden Fox, Gavin Fox, Chase Scott, Bailey Scott, and Ryden Scott. Her aunt Beverly (Irv) Barstad & their family. Her Aunt Beulah “Bunny” Hurst, cousins Steve (Judy) Hurst, Nancy (Biagio) Zaby.
