Pamela Doreen Chamberlain, 55, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at Passavant Area Hospital.

She was born Jan. 8, 1957, in Waterloo, IA, the daughter of John M. and Lucretia I. “Spanky” Shirley Hall. She was married to Donnie Chamberlain.

She is survived by her father of Jacksonville; longtime companion David Hennessey; one daughter and two sons, Heather (Shane) Baker of Jacksonville, Dustin Chamberlain (companion Lindsay Hampton) of Springfield, and Dylan Hennessey at home; two grandchildren, Morgan Baker of Jacksonville and Colton Chamberlain of Springfield; two sisters, Penny (Dan) Daugherty of New Berlin and Lori Harbison (companion Steve Barton) of Jacksonville; and one brother, Rusty Hall of Harlingen, TX. She is also survived by David’s daughters, Jeannie and Patricia.

Pam was a 1975 graduate of Jacksonville High School. Early in her life, she worked at her parents business, Jo-Lu’s Pets in Jacksonville, where she developed her life-long love of animals. She loved spending time with her family and friends, as well as her dogs Minnie and Sissy.
