Pamela Denisetrice Lee was born on June 23, 1967 to Ruby Lee and the late Robert Lewis Lee Sr. On October 6, 2021 God seen fit to grant Pam her wings and give her eternal rest in his kingdom.
Pamela was born, raised and educated in Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated from Lake Clifton high school. While in high school, she explored many of her talents. She excelled in fashion design and was successful at making her own senior prom dress. Pam loved athletic activities. She loved to swim and was known for her flipping abilities. As a child, her abilities earned her the opportunity to compete against American gymnast, Mary Lou Retton.
Throughout her life, she achieved many honors and certifications allowing her to work in many different career fields. However, she spent most of her time working in the food service industry and as a caregiver. These are two things that Pam had a natural passion to do.
Cooking was Pam’s first love.
Pam was a person of love, so it was a natural instinct of hers to provide care to those who could not care for themselves. She dedicated many years providing direct care to the elderly. At the time of her passing, she was employed with skilled nursing home facilities Future Care and Maryland Masonic Homes. Pam had plans to one day own and operate her own skilled nursing facility.
Pam had a loving relationship with all of her children and they were the highlight of her life. She invested a lot of her time into helping them obtain any personal goals that they wanted to achieve.
Pam had an undying love and a deep commitment to all of her siblings. No matter the circumstances, she would never forsake them. As children, she was known as their protector. She took this role very serious, as it would transcend into their adulthood.
Pam had a superb relationship with all of her nieces and nephews. She was known as the “fun” aunt. Often times she would gather all her nieces and nephews together at her house for fun filled weekends filled with food, games, good laughs, and most importantly, love, Family was important to pam, and she kept this tradition ongoing with her great nieces and nephews and her grandchildren. A true baby lover. She gained so much joy from making babies “stand in her hand” while she talked to them.
Only God knows how sweet you were, but had no problem getting sour with anyone who deserved it!
And I loved you for that.
You were my aunt, but in your own special way my mother.
You were my peace, but definitely my protection
You’re wisdom was often challenged, but it always turned out that you were the smartest person in the room.
I can not thank you enough for all the things you were because truthfully you were everything to me and will continue to be.
However, do me one favor because I know you are used to running the show. Do not be in heaven giving out the seat assignments! Let God do his job and you rest peacefully, Aunt Pam.
Your “son” before you had sons, Kevin
About 20 years ago, I entered your front door as a angry & sad kid. As I walked into this unfamiliar place, you took my bags and said “You are home!” You introduced me to your four little boys and asked me my name. When I said “Ray”, you gave me the biggest smile & said “Awww I have all “Ray’s.” At that moment I had no idea that you would mother me as a son for the next 20 years. You gave me structure, discipline and a real family. I realize now that I lost more than an aunt, I lost my mother. I love you so much Ma! – Raymon Eley
