WINSTED –FRAZIER – Pamela D. Frazier, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Steven Frazier for 42 years. Born April 17, 1953 in Burlington, VT; the daughter of Katherine (Ford) Leigh and the late Warren Leigh. Pam received her Associate’s Degree from Clinton Community College in Accounting. She then went on to proudly achieve her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of Hartford in Accounting. Pam worked as the Director of Budget for the University of Hartford. Even with her illness, she greatly enjoyed traveling with her husband. In addition to Steven, she is survived by her children, Steve Frazier and wife Amy Sotherden and Michelle Hintz and husband Kenneth; four grandchildren, Kenny and Savannah and River and Coral; a brother, Warren Leigh, Jr.; and a sister, Kathy Steinbrueck.
