Pamela Persinger succumbed to a fast and furious battle with cancer on April 6, 2023. She fought bravely and with great vigor. She leaves behind a family who, despite difficult moments, loved her with great passion. Pam was born in Queens, NY, to Bruce and Carolyn Willis as the second of an eventual family of five daughters. Growing up, she greatly loved the mountains, the ocean, and horses, which she carried into adulthood and would later pass on to her children. She graduated from Louisburg High School in Louisburg, NC, in 1983 and later that year wed Maury Jeans. That same year their first daughter Kimberly was born. Soon after that, another bundle surprised them, bringing joy once again. Ryne was born in 1984. Yet, their family was incomplete. Kelly was born the following year, in September 1985. Finally, they were a complete family. But, all things end, and the two split, remaining co-parents of the three children. In August 1994, Pam was once more blessed with love and light. She married Will, and they remained married until her passing and separated until they could be reunited eternally. Will remained a strong force in her life, caring for her through her entire battle, from start to finish. Pam found her true love for all things Jeep in her last years. She joined a local Jeep club where she made many friendships and gained a true passion for the mission of the Duck, Duck, Jeep ideals. She carried around her ducks to place on other Jeeps, but when she saw a child, she gave that child a duck to make them smile.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Bruce Willis and mother, Carolyn Lomax Willis.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Will Persinger of the home, children, Kimberly Harvey (Jeremy) of Mineral Bluff, GA, Ryne Jeans (Melissa) of Johnstown, PA and Kelly Brantley (Josh) of Bunn, grandchildren, Joslynn, Sarah and Kaylynn, sisters, Lisa Matzner of Bunn, Dawn Shearin (Mark) of Louisburg, Gail Anstead of Louisburg and Korri Eason (Ernest) of Swansboro, numerous nieces and nephews, special aunts, Katrina and Angel and special friend and caretaker, Lena.
