Palmina “Lee” (Serafini) Rudnick, 95, of Southington, formerly of Farmington, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, March 27, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Alphonse Rudnick. Lee was talented in floral arranging and loved crafts, knitting, sewing and cooking. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, she leaves her son Dr. Derrol Rudnick and his wife, Linda of Southington and her daughter Arlene Schweitzer and her husband, Robert of Ebensburg, PA; grandchildren Anthony Schweitzer and his wife, Leanne, Amy Rothenberger and her husband, Tom, Bruce Schweitzer and his wife Dana, Dina Rudnick and Traci Turner; 10 great-grandchildren; her sister Mary Gobar of New Britain; special friends Janet and Don Paquette and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Lee was predeceased by her brother Fred Serafini and sister Dora Crowe.
