Mrs. Ouida was born October 21, 1932 in Crowville, LA and passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in Delhi, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband of 4 years, Percy Jerry Sullivan and her husband of 25 years, Clyde Lee Tatum; parents, Monroe Ezell and Ella Mae Smith Ezell; grandson, Matthew Stout; and her sisters, Maxine Allen and Eloise Grube.
Mrs. Ouida married Percy Jerry Sullivan on October 21, 1952 and he was killed in action on December 27, 1956, their daughter, Debra Sullivan Kolb. She married Clyde Lee Tatum and their children, Patsy Lee Stout, Paul Tatum and wife, Allison, and Brad Tatum and wife, Amy; her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1-great-great grandchild; and her numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker and after the death of her husband, Clyde, she opened a health club, Fort Goodbody at her home in Dunn, where she taught exercise, weightlifting, and water aerobics which helped with the raising of her two young sons.
She was a Christian and loved to read her bible and talk about Jesus.
She was a fun-loving person, enjoyed talking, fishing, watching tv, loved to shop, loved pretty clothes, jewelry, liked to dress up when she had an outing, and enjoyed playing with and keeping her grandchildren.
