In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Watkins; wife, Jimmie Meeks; pet English bulldog, Duke Meeks. Otis is survived by his children, Stephanie Blume, Michele Nestlehutt, and Chad Meeks; his 3 granddaughters, Madison Nestlehutt, Abigail Blume, and Carson Meeks.
