Otis Chester Moore, 45, passed away early Saturday morning, November 28, 2020 at I U Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, with his wife at his side. Otis was born on February 3, 1975 in Elkhart to Otis Lee Moore, who is deceased and Stella (House) Ogunlaja.
Survivors include his wife Anaida “Annie” (Lopez) Moore; mother Stella Ogunlaja; two sons, Sean Moore and fiancée Cassandra Jackson; Brendin Moore; five daughters, Shanice Moore, Jazlyn Brandon, Chanel Moore, Alexis Moore and Amaya Moore; as well as four granddaughters, Kaydance and Ava Moore, Kyri Edlund and Te’Laya Moore; also surviving are his siblings; brother Rell Armstrong; six sisters, Akita Moore, Devin Jackson, Chinika Pittman, Jenae Honorable, Tiffany Jackson and Trolonda Jackson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Otis was self-employed, working in the transportation industry. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a loyal brother and uncle to his large and extended family. Not one to mince words, he was honest and would always give you his raw and uncut opinion on a variety of subjects. He loved to travel and spending time with his family was always a priority. He was a big fan of Notre Dame and his wife got him a perfect gift recently, a Scottish Lordship, he is now known as Lord Otis Chester Moore.
