Oscar Logan Taylor, 57 of Newburg, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 with family by his side. He was born on March 18, 1958 in Bretz, son of Nancy Ellen Albright Taylor, Arthurdale, and the late Henry Oscar Taylor. Oscar retired as a truck driver for the City of Kingwood. He served in the US Army and the US Navy. He loved riding his Harley, working on his 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle. In addition to his mother, Oscar is survived by his wife, Jackie Lynn (Casteel-Boring) Taylor; two daughters, Britney N Taylor, Newburg; Kaila Zinn and Rodney, Arthurdale; one son, Justin Boring and finance, Markie, Morgantown; four grandsons, Jamie, Dylan, Brody and Jayden; two brothers, John Taylor and Faith, Kingwood, Tom Taylor, Arthurdale, two sisters, Judy Albright and Bill, Masontown, Helen Bice, Morgantown. In addition to his father, Oscar was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Annett Taylor in 2010; his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
