Orville “Hop” Howard Clark, 78 of Centralia, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 at his home.
He was born May 6, 1938 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, son of Robert Clark and Goldie (Croger) Clark. He grew up with his four siblings and attended Odin High School.
In 1956, he joined the United States Air Force and served in Greenland and Guam.Hop married Cheryl Swan and the couple had four children. Later, he married Tina Clark and they had three children.
He is survived by his daughters, (Retired) USAF Technical Sergeant Cheri Mason of Abilene, TX, Mikki Clark of Centralia, and Spanki Clark of Wickenburg, AZ; his sons, USAF Senoir Master Sergeant Wesley (Skip) Clark of Bossier City, LA, Mike Clark and Josh Clark both of Centralia; his sister, Joyce Clark and brother Leray Clark; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Kassandra June Clark, sister: Imogene Rippy and his brother, James Clark. Hop watching football and baseball with his son, Mike.
He was an avid Pittsburg Pirates and Pittsburg Steelers fan. He passed away peacefully in his home following a short illness, he did it his way. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
