Obituary
Mr. Oresto “Joe” Ditoto, 89, 0f North Beach, MD died in Annapolis on March 8, 2011. He was born in Washington, DC on February 17, 1922 to the late Anthony and Maria Guglielmi Ditoto. He served in the United States Army during World War II and was awarded several commendations and medals. He worked as a salesman in the beverage industry and enjoyed fishing, hunting and raising homing pigeons.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary Jane Ditoto; sons, John and wife Lorri of Huntingtown, MD; Dwayne and wife Gail Baldwin of Annapolis, MD and Glen and wife Brenda Baldwin of Prince Frederick, MD; daughters, Marie and husband Robert Atwell of Jacksonville, NC and Kathy and husband Eddie Cowan of La Plata, MD; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
