Omar is survived by his wife Chelsea (Dube), his children, Jonah, Nevaeh, Omar, Nathaniel and Adonis, stepdaughters Julianna and Zariah, his siblings Luis Serrano, Emanuel Cruz, Luis Cruz, Jessenia Alvarado, Richard Alvarado, Jonathan Serrano and Minerva Serrano, his Aunt and Uncle Ivonne and Hector Alvarado along with many nieces and nephews. Besides his father Omar was predeceased by his brother Samuel Serrano.
