Ollie Watkins, 83, of Pendleton, passed away on December 10, 2014 at her residence. She was born on March 29, 1931 in Fulton Co., Arkansas and resided most of her life in Anderson. She retired from Delco Remy after 36 years of service. She was a member and active volunteer at Madison Park Church of God and the Pendleton Gardening Club. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard.
Ollie is survived by her children, Shelby (Wendy) Watkins of Carmel, IN, Pamela (Donald) Norman of Noblesville, IN, siblings, Haddie L. Smith, Patty (John) Murray, Betty Haney, Fred (Diane) Haney, grandchildren, Maria (Nate) Baudendistel of Indianapolis, IN, Olivia Watkins of Carmel, IN, Hannah Norman of Indianapolis, IN, Hannah Ahlrichs, Emma Ahlrichs, Donald Norman, Austin Johnson and Brooke (Devon) Norman, great-grandchildren, Avi Baudendistel, Jalen Norman, Olivia Norman, Addison Norman, and Devin LaRosa and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Watkins, mother, Elsie Haney, father, Shelby Haney, and siblings, Marjorie Zaphen, Don Haney, and Bill Haney.
