Ollie M. (Fulton) Elley, 85, passed away September 26, 2012 at Skyline Ridge Nursing Home surrounded by her family. She was born March 2, 1927 in Springfield, CO to Tom and Pheba (Seaton) Fulton. Ollie was a very special lady who always had a smile on her face. She had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around. She was a homemaker, and also worked for the School District in several of Canon City school cafeterias. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Ms. Elley is survived by her children, Georgene Elley of Florence, CO and Tom Elley of Canon City, CO; grandchildren, John Elley, Randy Nelson, Tim Nelson, and Tommy Elley; her brother, Glen Fulton of Florence, CO; niece and legal guardian, Deanna Purdy of Canon City; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Elley; her parents; brothers, Dean Fulton and Troy Fulton; and sisters, Leora Helton and Effie Schnider. The family of Ollie would like to thank Skyline Ridge and Sangre De Cristo Hospice for their excellent and wonderful care, and concerns they showed to Ollie. Also thank you to the Dept.
