Olivia Gabbett, age 91 years, of Plymouth, died Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Plymouth Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Chlotilda (Marks) Botelho. Born in Plymouth on May 17, 1930, she has lived all her life in Plymouth. Educated in Plymouth schools, Olivia worked in housekeeping at the Jordan Hospital for over 27 years. Walking was a favorite pastime for Olivia, especially around Plymouth and the waterfront. During the 1940’s, she was a member of the Civil Air Patrol. Olivia was a very social lady who enjoyed family parties and talking with her friends and beloved family. She will be sadly missed by her children, Patrick Gabbett and his wife Beverly of Plymouth, Cynthia Gildea and her husband Brian of Manomet and Nora Gabbett and her partner Frank Krakowski of Plymouth. She also leaves 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Michael Gabbett and Sharon Rauch, and the sister of the late Edward, Joseph, David, John and Frank Botelho, Mary Simons, Nancy Rainville and Arlene Smith.
