Olive W. (Anderson) Roysden, a 40 yr resident of Selma, IN flew away to be with Jesus on January 24, 2018. She was born in Scott Co. TN on April 12, 1919 and lived the majority of her amazing 98 years in Jamestown, TN. Olive was best known for her kindness and generosity.
She is survived by 6 children Chester Anderson (Carol), Mary Lou Roysdon (Clarence), Ann Gooding Coon (John), Carol McCloud, Bertha Cooper, and Betty Peckinpaugh (Greg). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 3 sons, Grover Anderson, Archie Anderson, and John Anderson (Clara) and 1 daughter Nora Slaven.
Olive had a unique and special bond with everyone she knew especially her children and her grandchildren. Family was the most important and precious thing in the world to her. In particular, her daughter and granddaughter, Bertha and Kati Cooper, respectively, who dedicated many years of their lives to her care, and shared a unique and special bond with her.
