Olive Margaret (Arthur) Harris passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at her home on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.
She was born on July 12,1922 in Jackson County, Indiana to the late Elza and Minnie (Grayson) Arthur.
Olive was a cook for many years, retiring from Johnson Memorial Hospital.
She was married to the late Steve Harris.
She loved cooking and crocheting for her family, and even teaching the ones that wanted to learn. She loved cooking Sunday dinners for her family. And enjoyed entering her crafts and baked goods into the Johnson County Fair. She loved baking for fundraisers and pitch ins at the Active Adult Center.
She is survived by three children, Ronnie Harris, Kathy Allen and Barbara Harris, all of Franklin, nine grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and thirteen great-great grandchildren. And proceeded in death by two daughters, Judy Harris and Sue Harris.
