Olga Kasianchuk (nee Kulbatchenko), age 93, of Hammond, IN, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Olga is survived by her two daughters, Olga Thomas of Littleton, CO and Andrea (Gary) Swindle of Munster, IN; son, Andrew Joseph (Linda) of Crown Pint, In; 3 grandchildren, Father Mark (Stephanie) Swindle of Pittsburgh, PA, Erin (Ken) Jansky of St. John IN, Jeffrey Kasianchuk of Indianapolis, IN; great-grandchildren, Victoria, Anna, and Emerson Grace; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Kasianchuk and grandson, Steven Kasianchuk.
Mrs. Kasianchuk was a longtime resident of Hammond and a member of St. Michael Ukrainian Orthodox Church since 1950. She enjoyed many hobbies involving home-making skills, cooking, baking, needlework and gardening. She lived for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all.
