Olga Hafner Paquette, age 90, longtime resident of Milford and beloved wife of the late Henry Victor Paquette, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Milford Hospital. Born on February 2, 1922 in Norwich, CT, she was the daughter of the late Ludwig and Clara Widmer Hafner. Olga was employed by the former Edgecomb Steel, SNET and most recently Milford Hospital as a telecommunications supervisor. She was a devoted parishioner of St.
She is survived by her daughters, Maureen Ann Paquette of Milford, Mari L. Paquette of West Haven, two grandchildren, Jennifer Costello DelCegno and her husband Derik of West Haven, Christopher Costello of Milford, three great grandchildren, Olivia, Pia and Isabella DelCegno, sister Stella Hafner Peruzzotti and her husband Mario of Groton and a nephew Carl Peruzzotti of Noank. Olga was predeceased by her granddaughter Rebecca Anne Hantover, her brother Louis Hafner and her sister Alma Hafner-Towhig.
