We’d like to share the passing of Odai “Lat” Xaybandith, 44, on July 13, 2022. Lat was born on July 4, 1978 in Laos. He was raised in Kent, OH where he graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in 1997. Since then, Lat has resided in Columbus, OH.
Lat was preceded in death by grandparents and beloved nephew, Justin Khamvongsouk. He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, Phouvong and Souvanthong Xaybandith; brother, Souvansai “Jack” (Joy) Xaybandith; sister, Somsamai “Sam” (Mike) Xaybandith Yaskowiak; and nieces, Aliciya and Jocelyn Yaskowiak. Amongst other aunts and uncles, Pung “Teh” Ratanaboud, Tou and Temta Khamvongsouk; nephew, Jordan Khamvongsouk; ex-wife and friend, Tammy Pham; and many other loving family members and friends.
