Bath- Yvonne B. Micklon, 78, died Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Winship Green Nursing Center.
She was born in Biddeford on April 12, 1944, a daughter of Marguerite Patry and raised by her mother and grandparents Omar and Honorine Oulette in Lewiston.
Yvonne graduated from Lewiston High School and Mr. Bernard’s School of Hair Fashion. She married Gerald A. Micklon. She lived in Norway where she owned and operated Old Cape Hairstyles, retiring in 1992, and then worked as a dietary aid at Market Square Health Care in South Paris until 2010. In 2020 she became a resident of Winship Greene in Bath, Maine, and received the highest level of care available.
She was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Norway.
She enjoyed gardening and cross-country skiing.
She is survived by one son, Michael J. Micklon of Portland, one sister, Carol Guay of Greene, stepbrother Wayne Bowers of Buffalo, NY, and three nieces.
She was predeceased by her former husband Gerald A. Micklon and her daughter, Ann Marie Thomas on September 29, 2014.
