Winfred “Wink” Crutchfield, 83, of Greenville, MO, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023, at his residence. He was born in Rector, AR, September 2, 1939, to parents Jacob Harvey and Iva Jane (Burchard) Crutchfield.

Wink was a loving and devoted husband, dad, grandpa, and brother. He married Martha Miller, February 25, 1971, and they were blessed with five children. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Kime General Baptist Church for forty-eight years. He loved the Lord and was truly a faithful servant. He loved his family greatly, and always enjoyed big family dinners on Sundays, after church. He supported his family as a self-employed logger for many years. Wink enjoyed being outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He always enjoyed providing the fish for the church fish fries. Wink’s greatest pride and accomplishment was his family. His children and grandchildren had his heart from birth. He would do anything or go anywhere to support them in whatever they were doing.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Stanley and Lynn Crutchfield; sister: Wilma Crutchfield; nephew: Dale Crutchfield.

Wink is survived by his loving wife of fifty-one years; children: Ricky Crutchfield, Tommy Crutchfield and wife Shellie, Clint Crutchfield and wife Crystal, Belinda Radford and husband Frank, Diane Atnip and husband Joe all of Greenville; brothers: Wendell Crutchfield and wife Charlotte, Glenn Crutchfield and wife Janice all of Greenville; sisters: Loretta Marshal and husband Chuck and Joyce Cox and husband Leroy both of Mountain Home, AR; sister-in-law: Rae-Jean Crutchfield of Williamsville; “Wink’s other daughter” Spicey Atnip and husband Buzz of Greenville; nine grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Wink will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
