William H. Mullikin, Jr. of Preston, MD died on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at the University of MD in Baltimore, MD. He was 52 years old. Born in Easton, MD on September 13, 1963. Mr. Mullikin was the son of William H. Mullikin, Sr. and Delores Anna Fisher Mullikin. Bill was a proud native of the Eastern Shore, an avid hunter and loved to crab and fish. He owned and operated W.H. Mullikin Construction for over 20 years, and in 2009, joined his lifelong friend, Ron Speedy Christopher, in his spray foam insulation business, FoamWorks, LLC of Ridgely. Bill was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and will be deeply missed. Mr. Mullikin is survived by his wife, Tammi Mullikin of Preston; a son, Bradley Mullikin and his wife Kristin of Seaford, DE; a daughter, Jenna Norris and her husband Seth of Mardela Springs, MD; two brothers: Thomas Mullikin of Greensboro, MD and Robert Mullikin of Denton, MD; a sister, Donna Shortall of Easton; and three grandchildren: Jackson, Bailey and Dawson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Stacey Mullikin.
