William George “Bill” Paulsen, age 67 of Duluth and Crane Lake and formerly of Virginia died Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Essentia -St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth from complications after heart surgery, with his family by his side. He was born December 10, 1947 in Virginia the son of George “Bud” and Dorothy (Aho) Paulsen, graduated from Virginia Roosevelt High School Class of 1966 and earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from UMD.
