Wilfred “PeeNee” R. Holman, age 78, longtime resident of Hibbing died Sunday, May 15, 2016, at the Fairview Range Medical Center. He was born October 12, 1937, in Hibbing the son of Wilfred A. and Victoria (Rose) Holman. He graduated from Hibbing High School.
Wilfred worked for more than 30 years as an equipment operator for National Steel Pellet Company. He was a member of First Lutheran Church in Hibbing. He enjoyed hunting and working in the woods.
Wilfred is survived by his siblings: Sharon (Sam Bonelli) Hart of Hibbing, Sandra (Paul Blight) Treviranus of Hibbing, Kim (Diana) Holman of Hibbing, and Tim Holman of Water Mill, NY; his special friend: Nancy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother-in-law: Jim Hart; and his beloved cat: Ali Bubba.
