Wendell “Pete” Lloyd Timmerberg, 72, of New Florence, Missouri, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Boone Hospital, Columbia, Missouri.
Mr. Timmerberg was born in Big Spring, Missouri on May 10, 1938, the son of the late Eddie S. and Dorothy V. (Huenefeld) Timmerberg.
He was united in marriage to Mildred Mae (nee Graue) Timmerberg on May 26, 1957, she preceded him in death on October 28, 1997. He then married Donna (VanVelkinburgh) Timmerberg. They married November 26, 1998 at Loutre Island Church, she survives in New Florence.
Wendell is also survived by his son Craig Timmerberg & wife Susan of Montgomery City, Missouri, two daughters, Cara Santaularia & husband Paul of Shawnee, Kansas and Nancy Myrick & husband Robert of Waterloo, Illinois, a sister Hazel Gerloff of Hermann, a step-son Andrew Strieker of Austin, Texas and a step-daughter Nickki Maynard of Rifle, Colorado, eight grandchildren and two great grandsons.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Mildred Mae Timmerberg.
He was a self employed business man and a farmer. He was a member of the Missouri Seed Improvement Association for 20 years where he served on board of directors for one term.
