Wanda was born December 30, 1953 in Pascagoula, MS to Harold E. and Elsie Hinkel. She was a vigorous individual who did all things with energy and excitement. She never met a stranger. She was outgoing, happy and her smile and laughter were contagious.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Hinkel. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Rickie Tira of Pascagoula, MS; daughter, Pamela Michelle Tira of Pascagoula, MS; siblings, Shirley Boykin of Florida, Harold “Harry” Hinkel and his wife Debbie of Lucedale, MS and Richard Hinkel; sister-in-law, Jeanna Reeves; grandchildren, Melissa Sarris (John), Taylor Olier, Willow Olier, and Rayna Olier.
