Virginia “Jinny” Marie Wood passed away on April 20, 2009, peacefully from the arms of her loving family to the arms of her LORD. She was born May 6, 1939, in Ionia, MI the daughter of Alton Perry & Lena Nummer. On February 16, 1957, Jinny married the “Love of Her Life” Terrance “Terry” Wood & celebrated 52 years of joy & happiness. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Shirley and Joan; granddaughter, Jessica Long. She is survived by her loving husband, Terrance; 4 daughters Rebecca (Mark) McGiffin of Pataskala, OH; Christine (Roger) Anderson of Freeport, Bahamas; Leisha Cooper of Ionia; Sandra (Jeffery) Kincaid of Ionia; 11 beloved grandchildren; brother Micheal Shippy (Gwen) of Arizona; sister Deloris Annis of Lansing, MI; brother -in-law Raymond (Rhonda) Wood of International Falls, MN; sister-in-law Gwen (David) Ross of Belding; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
