Vang Lue Yang, (75) of Saint Paul, Minnesota, passed away on January 2nd, 2023.

In 1977 He fled Laos to America with his family to escape the Vietnam war. He lived in Boulder, CO upon arriving in America, later moved to Dixon Illinois and Michigan before settling in Saint Paul, MN. He is survived by 3 sons: Michael (Joua), Alex (Bekki), Josh, Preeyanut, 2 daughters: Foua Hou (Yilong) and Wyndee Vang (Reign),19 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his first wife Soua H Yang and sons Ib Yang in Laos and Aw Yang in MN, Mother and Father, 2 brothers and a sister.  He was a man of few words, but he faithfully raised his children with love, patience, discipline and humility. 

He knew he was loved by GOD and lived his life humbly serving and giving back to his church, community. In 2003, He and his wife had the vision to start Gospel Alliance Church. His deep desire was for others to know and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  We mourn but we are not without hope, we know that he is Home. His favorite Bible verse: “ If you love me, keep my command “ John 14:15
