Toni Lynn Brand, 51, of Augusta, formerly of Portland, passed away on November 25, 2013. She was born on June 25, 1962, the daughter of Martha Jean Brand.
She was a free spirited woman who wanted to see others happy. Selfless and very welcoming to all walks of life; she had no foes.
She is survived by her three children: her two daughters, Michelle and Alexandria, and her son, Jesse.
