Todd Vernon Golfis, 46, passed away on March 12, 2012, due to heart failure, at his home in Seneca, SC. He was born August 22, 1965 to Vern and Shirley Golfis. He graduated from Hibbing High School and Hibbing Area Technical Institute. Upon graduation he moved to Phoenix, AZ, where he was employed as a plumber. He was married to Amy Jasinski on September 29, 1990, and together they had two children.
Todd was preceded in death by his father, Vern Golfis, infant brother, Steven, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
Todd is survived by his son: Steven Golfis; daughter: Alexandra Golfis; best friend: Amy; mother and stepfather: Shirley and Carmen Fumia; brother: David (Susan) Golfis – Liz, Kate, and Sarah; sister: Barbara (Roger) Boettcher – Elisa and Dylan; stepbrothers and sisters: Michel Fumia – Gina and Andrea; Wanda (Jeff) Cimermancic – Christi and Nick; Jean Toninato – Dominic and Mia; Jim (Stephanie) Fumia – Danielle and Katie; Mark (Kristine) Fumia – Gabrielle, Andrew and Emma; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Todd will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
