Age 73, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014. He was born on August 30, 1941 the son of Theodore and Loretta (Miller) Noeker. Mr. Noeker was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Fr. Godez Assembly, and was retired from General Motors. Thomas enjoyed bluegrass and country music (Ralph Stanley), helping kids in the Soap Box Derby, farming and even collected tractors. He loved children and making toy barns. Preceding him in death were his parents; brother-in-law, Robert Bills; uncle and very special friend, Bob Miller. Surviving are his brothers, Michael (Monica) Noeker, Joseph (Marilyn) Noeker, and Theodore (Kristi) Noeker, Jr; sisters, Barbara Bills, Elizabeth (Thomas) Webb, and Patricia (Brian) Lawless; many nephews and nieces; special friends, Beth and Lou Markel and their children Joshua, Jennifer and Jamie, and Fred Martin.
