Terry David Swainston, age 66, of Lyons, passed away April 18, 2017. He was born June 26, 1950 in Ionia to Harold and Margaret (Chandler) Swainston. Terry was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, enjoyed politics, and watching boxing and football. He also loved to garden, cook, and go out to dinner. Terry is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sharon Jenks; and brother, Phillip Swainston. He is survived by his wife, Gemma Swainston; children, Shannon Swainston, Nicole (Bart) Lower, and Shayne (Robert) Atwood; grandchildren, Rory, Ryann, Brooks, and Graham.
