Bath- Sylvia S. Brown, 96, of Winship Street died Saturday, February 12, 2022. She was born in Bremen on June 7, 1925, a daughter of Ira L. and Eda M. (Carter) Simmons. She attended Bremen Long Island school. Sylvia lived on the island until 1947 when she met Carlton S. Brown. On September 6, 1947, she married Carlton and moved to Bath in the early 1950’s. Her passion was being a caregiver until she retired in 1985.
