Stillman Fred Blanchard, 89, of Hermann, Missouri, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2011 at Missouri Veterans Home, St. James, Missouri.
Mr. Blanchard was born in Brookfield, Vermont on May 20, 1922, the son of the late Fredrick L. and Viva M. (Adams) Blanchard.
He was the widower of Mary L. (Lamberson) Blanchard. They were married on August 1, 1970 at New Shrewsbury, New Jersey. She preceded him in death in December of 1988.
Stillman is survived by a sister Ivis Braker of Freehold, New Jersey, a brother Smith M. Blanchard of Lakeworth, Florida, a granddaughter Debbie Buckler of Hermann, three great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
He served in the U.S. Navy and he was a retired Armor for Red Bank Armory in Red Bank, New Jersey.
