Steven “Steve” Wayne May, 65, passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 29th in Meridian, MS.
Steve was born September 11, 1956, in Jackson, MS to George and Velma May. He graduated from High School while living in Lakeland, FL and soon after, joined the Air Force. After serving in the military, he eventually settled in Meridian and worked in retail and construction until undertaking medical treatment.
Steve is survived by his son, Brian C. May; parents, George and Velma Louise May (nee Bankston); sisters, Kathy Uhl and Cindy Burt; and a host of nieces and nephews, Kelsey Uhl, Corey Burt, Jacob Uhl, Brooke Burt, Paisley Jae Smith and Josylin Burt.
