He is survived by his mother, Wanda Sue McMillen of Buna, TX; one son, Timothy John Steven McMillen of Steelville, MO; one brother, Mark McMillen of Cuba, MO; one sister, Bonnie Sue Revia and husband Ryan of Silsbee, TX; aunts, uncles, cousins, four nephews and one niece; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Edward McMillen; and two brothers, Timothy and John McMillen.
