Stephen was born In Portsmouth, VA on December 5, 1973 to James and Mildred Cole. He was a 1992 PHS graduate and worked at Walmart and Winn Dixie before health issues caused him to become disabled. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his parents, James and Mildred Cole of Gautier, MS; a brother ,James Barry Cole “Elsa” of San Antonio, TX; a sister , Amy Diane Hunter of Virginia; 3 nephews and 1 niece, Brian, Susan, Marcus, and T.J..
