Obituary
Shirley G Mathis nee Greenwell passed away on August 19, 2018 at the age of 82. She is survived by her beloved husband Eddie Mathis of Wentzville, Missouri; son, Mardy (Connie) Johnson of Staunton, IL; two daughters, Rita Kay (Tony) Krause of Faribault, MN, Becky L. (Rick) Butler of Sunrise Beach, MO; two sisters, Joyce (Lou) Sieg of Montgomery City, MO, Mary Lea (James) Mellott; six grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Richard Greenwell, mother, Mary Maude Greenwell nee Loane, son, Terry Mathis, five brothers, seven sisters. Shirley was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved going to Lake of the Ozarks swimming and being with her family. Shirley also enjoyed dancing and loved to listen to her country music. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
