Born in Easton, MD, on May 12, 1954, Ms. Willis was the daughter of the late William Joseph Willis and Norma Lee Mae White. She had lived in the Holly Center for many years.
Ms. Willis is survived by her stepfather, Albert R. White of Federalsburg, MD; her sister, Sue A. Stafford of Laurel, DE; two brothers: William R. Willis and Howard J. Willis and his wife Holly, all of Federalsburg; 8 nieces and nephews: Tina, Jennifer, Lee Ann, Ronnie, Jr., Sheila, Sherry, Shelly, and Joey; 15 great nieces and nephews and one great-great nephew. In addition to her mother and father, she is predeceased by a brother, Wilmer Edgar Willis; a sister, Lillie Mae Willis; a nephew, Cassie Elwood Kemp; a great nephew, Dylan Marine; a sister-in-law, Sandra K. Willis; and six uncles.
