Age 61, died on September 2, 2012 with her family by her side in Portland, Michigan. She was born in Portland, Michigan on November 27, 1950 to LaDonna and Rodney Burhans.
She was preceded in death by her sister JoAnn Zimmerman, her sister-in-law Patsy Burhans, her two brothers, David and Lyle Burhans and her father Rodney Burhans. She is survived by her mother, LaDonna Burhans, her brothers Charlie, Richard, Michael (Judy) Burhans, Ronald (LouAnn) Burhans, Rodney (Stephanie McLaughlin), Keith Burhans (Amy Martin), and sisters Carolyn (Laverne) Ely, and Anna Repsher: husband of 45 years, Gene VanSiclen, her daughters Kim Austin and Cheyenne VanSiclen (John Hobart), her sons Terry (Rachel) VanSiclen, Randy (Trina) VanSiclen, Jason (Melinda Voeks), and Kevin VanSiclen (Trina Perry), her grand-children, Leslie and Matt Austin, Brandon, Sabrina, Rusty, Dalton, Mareesa, Maximus and Sam Hain VanSiclen, Johnny Hobart Jr, and Yasmine Manning, and great-grandchild Peyton VanSiclen.
She loved Harley Davidsons and to ride motorcycles, she was a collector of many different items, Elvis Presley was one of her favorite musicians, and she loved every member of her family.
