Sandra Jean Sedgwick of Cordova, MD, died Sunday, November 27, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 69 years old.
Born in Baltimore, MD on May 5, 1947, Mrs. Sedgwick was the daughter of the late Harvey William Barnes and Maude Virginia Frantum Barnes. Her husband, Harry William Sedgwick, died July 10, 2014.
Mrs. Sedgwick had moved to Cordova when she married her husband, Harry, in 1966. She had been a poultry line worker and was a great mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Sedgwick is survived by her daughters, Christina M. Smith of Greenwood, DE and Kathy Boult of Dover, DE; four brothers: Bill Barnes, Roy Barnes, George Barnes, and Eddie Barnes; two sisters: Anna Frantum and Virginia Sterling; her mother-in-law, Esther Sedgwick of Cordova; and three grandchildren: Gabrielle Smith, Katie Boult, and B.J. Boult.
